Father’s Day German Fest at Kies Wines

What to expect…

Just a beautiful day in the vines where Dad can actually relax.

  • Enjoy live acoustic music from 11:30am–5pm while you settle in for a laid-back afternoon under the marquee or out on the lawns.
  • Delicious food options for the whole family including:
        🥨 Giant German platters
        🌭 German hot dogs with sauerkraut & tomato relish
        🍲 Barossa Valley Platter Boxes and Butter Chicken
        🌭 Kids Platter Boxes or Nuggets and Chips Boxes
  • Beer, wine, and drinks flowing from the marquee bar
        🍻 Rehn Bier + Ministry of Beer
        🍷 Full Kies wine selection
  • Bring your own picnic blankets and deck chairs, or grab a seat inside the marquee… the choice is yours.
    Stay for an hour… or stay all day.

FATHER’S DAY AT KIES

  • SUNDAY 6TH SEPTEMBER: 11AM – 5PM
  • This is a casual festival-style event. Guests are welcome to find a seat when they arrive, or bring along picnic blankets and deck chairs to enjoy the afternoon on the lawns amongst the vines. There will be no reserved tables.
  • ❌ No outside food or drink is permitted onsite. ❌ 
    As a full service winery and café, we’ll have all food, wine, beer, cocktails, coffee and kids options available throughout the day.
  • WHAT ABOUT THE KIDS?
  • Additional activities including a Father’s Day card making station, lawn games, space to run and play, and the opportunity to climb aboard the iconic vineyard tractor.
